A normal-size stick vacuum with vision that detects dirt and gives simple directional voice cues. Intended for people with low vision or limited mobility who want to continue cleaning independently.

Person-centred considerations

The design supports occupation by allowing the person to remain active in a familiar household task, with guidance that stops once the area is clean.

Open questions

Further exploration of cue timing, voice style, and whether visual or haptic feedback would be preferred by some users.
